Holiday Green Bean Casserole
This is the perfect green bean casserole for a holiday feast or Sunday family dinner. A green bean casserole with mushrooms, along with a little sour cream and breadcrumb topping. This squash casserole is one of the famous side dishes from Aunt Fanny’s restaurant that was located in Smyrna, Ga. With fresh yellow squash, onions, ritz crackers, eggs and several seasonings this fabulous served with any meal. Order 2 or more – you’ll be glad you did.
Pepper Steak
After a long day this hearty beef dish is hits the spot. This is wonderful served warm over rice/noodles or with a baked potato, OR served at room temperature over chopped romaine for lunch the next day – of course assuming there are leftovers.
Grilled Salmon with Garlic Bread
A simple soy sauce and brown sugar marinade, with hints of lemon and garlic, are the perfect salty-sweet complement to rich salmon fillets. Even children love this recipe.
Southwest Eggrolls
These aren't traditional egg rolls! Tried and True Lasagna

Old Fashioned Meatloaf with Twice Baked Potatoes

Our potato skins stuffed with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon and fresh green onions are a perfect pair. Kids and adults will ask for seconds. Katrina’s Award Winning Chili
This is THE 2013 Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Chili Champion recipe. Even if you are full – this spicy hot chili will leave you wanting another bowl. Our family eats this the day after, meal after meal. Made with onions, peppers, garlic, ground pork, round steak, beans and a bundle of spices that you won’t forget. It took days to get this recipe perfected – but well worth it. Order two batches and leave on in the freezer.
Cheese Lovers Manicotti with Garlic Bread
Creamy cheese filled manicotti are smothered with Italian seasoned marinara then topped with a blend of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. This dish goes straight from the freezer to oven. You pop it in and relax!
Kentucky Pork Chops

No need to thaw, this dish goes from freezer to oven for the easiest fiesta!  but I still reccomend that you partly thaw this product for best results.
White Bean Chicken Chili
Healthy, hearty chili made with tender white chicken and white beans and just enough heat to notice. – you’ll be glad you ordered this dish!! This recipe came from a friend in the New Neighbor’s League in Dayton, Ohio. It is a favorite amongst the gals up there and there are many versions of this soup but I have played with the recipe and done all the hard work for you - this one is my favorite. Top this soup off with: limes, cilantro, cheese, avocado, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Eggplant Parmesan Casserole
This tried and true recipe is sacred! It is a combination of specially picked eggplant, “put up” tomatoes, parmesan and mozzarella cheese with seasonings that blend in well. You serve the eggplant parmesan over the angel hair noodles for a filling dish.
Corn Chowder
Years ago a co-worker served this at our company Thanksgiving Lunch and after years of nagging him for the recipe I finally got it but have been sworn to secrecy. It is full of flavor with sausage, potatoes, onions, corn and secret seasonings. Order extra – you’ll be glad you did!

Kids love, love, love this. Creamy Ricotta cheese is blended with Italian seasonings and savory marinara sauce mixed with penne pasta, juicy meatballs and garlic bread. You top with a yummy Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese blend. The best part? It bakes in 30-35 minutes in one disposable pan.

Hearty home-style, all white chicken meat and fettichini pasta tossed with mushrooms and a light sauce make for a homey satisfying meal. You bake with a toasted almonds and Parmesan cheese topping. Wow WOW AND WOW!!! Every time I make this cheesy dish, I get requests for the recipe. There is no last minute draining of noodles and plating with the sauce-just pull the casserole from the oven and bring it to the table. Children just love it!
