This tried and true recipe is sacred! It is a combination of specially picked eggplant, “put up” tomatoes, parmesan and mozzarella cheese with seasonings that blend in well. You serve the eggplant parmesan over the angel hair noodles for a filling dish.

Preparation Instructions
four servings Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 F. Boil pot of water then add noodles and cook 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness. Bake Eggplant Parmesan covered for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and bake until browned (about 5 more minutes). Serve over noodles.
