These chops are rubbed in a blend of spices sweetened with brown sugar, then brushed with a smoked glaze flavored with sweet molasses. They caramelize to perfection in less than 20 minutes stove top for an easy homemade dinner on those busy nights.

Preparation Instructions
four servings Thaw in refrigerator. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry. Coat both sides of chops with rub, pressing gently so rub sticks.
 Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large frying pan over med-high heat until hot; add pork chops and brown 2 min. per side.
 Brush top with sauce, turn and cook 1 min.
 Brush second side with sauce, turn and cook 1 min.
Transfer chops to plate and keep warm. Add remaining sauce to pan and cook, scraping bottom, until thickened, about 1-2 min. 
 Top chops with remaining sauce and serve immediately.
